The New Year of Leadership
As we move forward coming into this new year we can reflect on the blessings the Lord has given to each and everyone of us and our families. Even in these diverse times and the difficult conditions of the economy we still have a confidence that the Lord is on our side. The Psalmist tells us in 37:27-25 that we have a promise in these times even if we fall short the Lord is there to help and provide for us. (more…)

As Christians, Jesus Christ should be the most treasured, the most prized, the most savored reality in our existence Jesus was able to pay for the sins of the world and declare His people righteous because of his death on the cross. “He was delivered over to death for our sins and was raised to life for our justification” (Romans 4:25). The great Puritan John Owen writes concerning Christ:
